    Hi Sarah I'm knew to this website too. I can tell you that I was diagnosed last September 2011 and I have not had a problem really with the food. Any cookbook by Betty Hagman is absolutely a fantastic. Try her chicken spoon bread if you like dressing, you won't believe! Good Luck to you
  3. Father With Celiac

    When I was diagnosed there was so much damage, I couldn't eat either. My dr put me on predezone, within a day I Was feeling better. Took a few more weeks before I could eat anything but a slice of watermelon. Was on the steroid for About 2 months. Talk to his dr.. Good luck
