  1. it could be adrenal exhaustion but its worth getting checked for kidney stones. i went to the doctor 3 times, had scans and nothing was found. kidney stones was finally diagnosed after i was rushed into hospital after throwing up and i agreed to stay in over night to get to the bottom of it. google adrenal fatigue and see if any of the symptoms match up. there are some very specific symptoms of adrenal fatigue - and dont bother going to the doctor. they are still stuck in the dark ages on this.
  2. Anger, Quick Temper, Depression

just found this on google and reading with interest. on doctors advice ive been on a elimination diet and tried gluten for the first time for 6 weeks the other day (i crumbled when i found some choccy digestives) immediatley i had stomach cramps but had a buzz ive not had for a while. the next day i was irritable and angry. i could tell because im venting my spleen on forums and face book and had a rant at my son for no real reason, which i was not doing during the 6 weeks when gluten-free. ill try being gluten-free again and see what happens.
