I don't know much about waxes but I would be more concerned about cross-reactive foods or other allergic responses. I have the exact same symptoms with dairy that I have with gluten so I would challenge the top 8 allergens. The foods that I react to are dairy, gluten, corn, tapioca(common in gluten free bread), legumes(soy, guar gum). The symptoms are different except for dairy and gluten. All of them affect my thinking except corn.
