  3. Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with celiac on friday and have gone Gluten free ever since. I was fatiqued all the time and my joints were hurting more than usual. I also have Osteo Arthritis, Fibromialgia, TMDJ, and the list goes on.... I started to feel better monday and part of tuesday. I get up today and felt like my old crappy self again. So I checked into everything I ate yesterday and found out the ranch dressing used in the cafeteria at work is not gluten free.. So I learned a valuable less, all ranch dressings are not created equally.. I will spend a lot of time here reading, reading and reading!!! Karen
