No cereal at all and no dairy food, only natural food, egg, goat or sheep products and fruit and veg. She also give a natural over the counter satchel that cleans out the bowel first. It's so easy to pick them up and they live in so many people undetected I am told.

  5. Hi, hope things improve for you. It is easy to eat healthy foods that help you lose weight and retain nutrition going gluten free. Also keep in mind that both buckwheat and quinoa are very good replacements for cereal and are higher in protein. Thus you cut down on the extra carbs. You can use quinoa half and half with rice. You can coat or thicken with buckwheat flour. There is plenty of scope to use these.
  6. Hello Feeling so unwell is awful. I've been to a naturopathic/ medical doctor and she says that nearly all food intolerance usually leads to a simple liver cleansing. In any case this is unlikely to hurt anyone. The best advisors say to do it at the start of every season for a few days. I'm not suggesting it will fix celiac disease, as this is how the intestines are affected. Gluten will always affect them. It could possibly help with other allergies, worth thinking about.

  8. Hello, you really should know if you are gluten intolerant before totally going on a gluten free diet. After some time if you return to gluten you could have problems. Also you need to be eating gluten to be tested. So going off it beforehand could upset the balance. If you just want to benefit from short spells of gluten free or low gluten that shouldn't affect you. Janny
  9. Buckwheat and quinoa are great choices as they have good nutritional value. Buckwheat isn't actually a cereal and is much higher in protein. You don't increase your carbohydrate this way. I agree about the corn taste.
