  1. I also have this occasionally, usually after I eat something I shouldn't and have a difficult bowel movement and upset stomach. Then it goes away for awhile and when I get constipated, and strain, it happens again. I have Celiac disease but am not always careful. Also have hemorriods.
  2. I am ok with potatoes but don't eat mushrooms. BKJ
  3. BKJ I also have recently been having spells(what I call them) I have been using garlic as I had heard it was good for the problems. I stopped green peppers and went to red which don't bother me as much. Tomatoes are somewhat of a problem. Any thoughts
