  1. Comfort Foods.....

The most delicious ice cream for a celiac is Coconut Milk Cookie Dough made by Purely Decadent!
  2. Western Pennsylvania Celiacs

Can anyone suggest some great Gluten Free restaurants near Jim Thorpe, PA and Bethlehem, PA? I'll be on tour there mid-October and run into trouble finding gluten-free places on the road sometimes. Thanks so much, Jayne
  3. Invictis, I'm so sorry to hear about your continuous struggle. Since the stomach is linked to seratonin production...and can be badly damaged by gluten, you may need help in boosting your gut with probiotics and vitamin B for more energy. It took me several years to get my energy up and I still struggle with it if I'm not careful. Gluten may still be sneaking into your diet somehow if things haven't improved.
