  1. Sorry to hear about your troubles, I'm sure all of us on this forum can relate. It sounds to me that the main source of your illness is the Lymes disease, that's a killer for sure. I've had it for decades and my health has been a daily struggle to keep on keeping on. Going gluten-free has helped tremendously. Doctor Oz just had a program on 12/03/12 about how bad ANY wheat product from the United States is for everyone, that no one should eat it. Turns out some people are more sensitive to the crap that American farmers are producing. I wish you well.
  2. I just responded to a suffering soul in another post with some tips on how to feel better. I've learned that with celiac disease you've got to watch out for things you never thought of. You may have a yeast infection. My gums hurt so bad and I have to really scrub my mouth 3X daily. And throw away the brushes frequently. I buy cheap children's tbrushs so I can get into nooks and crannies. Even gluten-free flour can cause problems and things like vinegar can upset your PH. Good luck.
  3. I just got glutened recently myself. I've had celiac for several years. I'm sympathetic to your pain. I have learned 5 things. 1. don't add anything new, and double check your foods, you're not feeling well and it's easy to make another mistake. 2. stay away from dairy. 3. Lots of rest. 4. Plenty of liquid. 5. fiber and or magnesium to help your digestive system flush it out.Good luck darlin.
