  1. hi i am also in southern maine (berwick) there is a support group at the town hall in newington it is held evry other month or so..i believe the next one will be sometime in nov but am not sure...you can contact dan at djdavis107@comcast.net for more info....(he runs it) if you do decide to start something around here, let me know... thanks betsy
  2. there are a couple of natural food stores in the portsmouth area.. one is Portsmouth health food on 151 congress street portsmouth the other is the rising tide natural foods located on 165 state road in kittery me.(the next town over) there is also shaws in portsmouth that has a natural food section... there is an outback steakhouse in portsmouth, i live in the area and have had pretty good luck with most of the resturants have fun!
  3. sharon no ideas,i seem to have the same problem. since i was diagnosed 1 1/2 years ago, i have gained weight. the dr. says he is glad to see i am putting on some, but i was NEVER svelte to begin with! i also need to have that crunch, maybe someone out there has the answer... betsy
