  1. Sorry, should have mentioned that I'm in Canada. Forgot that in my original post!
  2. I've always been a label reader so think I usually know what I'm looking at when it comes to what is and isn't gluten free, even if it isn't "certified" by any body. Although I'm not celiac, I'm firmly planted in the Gluten Intolerance crowd as a blood test has proven. Plus, reaction times to anything with Gluten in it tend to be pretty quick. Yesterday I had sushi for lunch and an hour later I was spending my afternoon in the washroom. Anyway, wondering if there's an iPhone app or some other electronic format where you can key in ingredients and it will give you a yay or nay about whether something is gluten free or not? I'm finding that I need a science degree to read some labels! Thanks!
