  1. Do you think it's better to wean yourself off wheat rather than just stopping it so you don't get the awful withdrawal symptoms
  2. So can the not so good feeling first thing be a symptom of celiac
  3. Does anyone feel worse in a morning?
  4. A few months ago I stopped eating wheat for 2 weeks and didn't feel any better at all in fact felt a bit worse so I stared to eat it again not knowing about withdrawal symptoms and you have to be off it for months before you notice any change so this week decided to give it another go, this is my 3rd day and I FEEL DREADFUL, can the withdrawal make you feel this ill, am absolutely exhausted taking all my time to function, didn't feel quite this unwell last time
  5. would anyone who does't have gluten intolerance get withdrawal symptoms if they stopped eating gluten?
  6. Does anyone get a fast beating heart and it beats even faster after you have eaten? And if have had a really really good deep long sleep do you feel worse than if you haven't slept well, in fact you don't feel well at all
  7. Hi I'm new on this forum, have been suffering dizziness and disoriention and fatigue for years but for the last year I've had this awful heartburn thInk they call it GERD, tried everything but nothing helps and doctors don't either, they just say your depressed I feel like I've been hit by a bus in a morning, and have to pace myself to get my jobs done, anyway I have tried one of the home testing kits for gluten intorance and it was negative, besides that I accidently spilt some of the liquid that you mix with the blood, 2 questions would this affect the results? and could I stll be gluten intolerent even if this test was negative? Also get tingling on the soles of my feet Never go out feel too ill and dizzy
