  1. Ok so even if it's imported from overseas in a foreign foods store, the ingredients list would have to comply under canada's rules and state that there's wheat?
  2. I heard that, was it england? or all of europe? i dont remember, but someplace over there makes it's glucose syrup with wheat. Is this also accurate for poland? I have candies imported from poland that are made with it.
  3. We have a huge sack of frozen french fries in the fridge that are straight cut. I'm wondering just how common it is to put gluten/wheat flour in french fries that are sold frozen at the store, they've been sitting there for a month because my whole family is gluten free and have no idea what to do with them. obviously i'm talking wheat flour actually in the ingredients, unlike CC from restaurant fryers..
