I was diagnosed 5 years ago, and like many on here my primary symptom was severe acid reflux. I have been diligently gluten free since diagnosis and i have removed all foods i can think as triggers... eggs, dairy, cucumber, tomatoes, fatty foods.... etc . I am currently taking 40mg tecta 2xdaily with up to 12 Gaviscon tablets daily to control breakthroughs...
