  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. Nebraska Checking In

I'm from Omaha. It's been a long time since I've visited here.
  3. Celiac Runners

The others here have some great information with regard to nutrition, so I will not try to compete with that. Sometime, IMO, you just have to get out and exercise. You may need to force yourself to do something. Exercise will increase energy. Combine that fact with the new nutrional advice found here and you could be on your way to improved energy. Good luck to you.
  4. Free Standing Punching Bag-review

Too bad you don't prefer this type of bag. I have several in my school and really enjoy them despite the movement. I have used traditional bags in the past and don't mind the movement at all. I guess I'm used to it. Have you tried to add more water to increase the weight?
  5. Thanks for the information.
  6. Swiss Balls

There are several books available at Barnes & Noble that address the use of the ball. I picked up several ideas for it's use on one of those infomercials about 'Gunner Hanson's' workout series for the ball. I use a variety of exercises, including pushups on the swiss ball. Try a search on the internet as well. Men's Health magazine has routines for the ball all the time. Good luck.
