Only to lend comfort and support to fellow celiac warriors, here is how my mind-body reacts to a microscopic (or larger) ingestion of wheat, rye or barley gluten: stomach ache and elimination problems for 1-7 days; followed by various headaches, confusion, audio/visual hallucinations for 1-2 weeks; followed by 1-2 months of skin eruptions that itch and have little tips that break off.
