  1. Is there any cream or laser treatment that will get rid of DH rash marks?
  2. Sorry to hear. As I stated earlier. I won't eat anything with oats or soy. I get worse rashes (DH) now when gluten and leaves a permanent mark. They were minor, but since going gluten-free they got worse. So I rarely take any chances being glutened.
  3. Dah. Nothing was working right for me except vision and hearing until I was diagnosed and off gluten.
  4. I thought I read somewhere here about celiacs needing an extra Hepatitis B vaccine. Because the celiac autoimmune response can suppress its effectiveness. Any word if this is the case with the mRNA vaccines for COVID-19?
  5. I don't eat anything with oats or soy/soybeans. Farmers sometimes plant wheat, then harvest it, and plant oats or soybeans in the same spot. This 'could' contaminate oats or soybean. In addition, I think food producers handle wheat, oats and soybeans in the same facility and could cause cross contamination. I'll probably never eat oats or soybean...
  6. Has any got any info on the COVID vaccine from the government and it's affect to being glutened and the bodies autoimmune response? I have a message to my GI doctor's office but only hear crickets.
  7. I did call the number on the box. GSK did buy the Novartis Gas X brand. I was given the same typical response. We don't use any wheat, rye, or barley. But since we don't do testing we can't guarantee other companies ingredients we use in the product could contain gluten.
  8. So my doc. recommended me to take Gas X. And of course I constantly read conflicting reports if it contains gluten here and on the internet. Whether they are chewables or gel caps form. I've read that 'Gas X' gel caps by Novartis are gluten free. But on store shelves I only see 'Gas X' gel caps by GSK (glaskosmithkline). Maybe GSK bought Novartis...
  9. I found this if your into learning gluten-free Italian cooking on your vacation. https://getaway.jovialfoods.com/gluten-free-italian-style/
  10. Not a celiac retreat. But might be something I will do! Thanks for this. I spent a day for work in Prague. Went to Mustek area for dinner....not diagnosed at the time. Cool area to visit. Ya, you might see me there.
  11. Me too. Especially also for a single person like myself and who rarely cooked before diagnosed. I think it would be very useful and probably save the insurance companies a lot of money in the long run by reducing the doctors visits, urgent care stops, and medicines they prescribed.
  12. Which dairy free kefir product do you take? Something like KeVita? If so, which one.
