  1. Good morning everyone. So I have been gluten free for 4 months now. One thing I have realized is that I have an issue with yeast overgrowth which may be causing my gluten and dairy intolerance. I am wondering if anyone else experienced this and how they approached it. Also if you detoxed from yeast were you able to eat gluten and dairy again? I want to start a cleanse but I am not sure where to start. i am going to the doctor next week but thought it may be a good idea to be proactive. Thank you so much for all of your help!
  2. Brazilian cheese bread (rolls)

You're welcome, Ohh and I forgot I usually use parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella but the traditional recipe would call for grated parmesan. Yum 2 times a month is a great treat!
  3. Hello everyone! I am wondering if anyone knows if Essie nail polish is gluten free?? I contacted the company but didn't hear back I have also tried googling it but didn't find anything. I am currently getting cross contamination somewhere and have a breakout of DH but can't figure out what is causing it so this is my next test to see if it could be the nail polish. Thank you for any help you can give me!!!
  4. Brazilian cheese bread (rolls)

These are amazing I highly recommend them! My familiy is brazilian so we make these all the time. I bring them to all family functions and parties and they are gone within minutes. They don't reheat very well I usually eat them the day we make them but they are ok the next morning if you put them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Also, if you take the batter you can make waffles out of it which are also delicious.
  5. I have just been diagnosed with celiacs and believe that I have had it for years but my doctors didn't catch it. Anyways around the time where my symptoms started getting worse which was 3 years ago I started getting migraines when I would eat chocolate. I am wondering if anyone else experienced this and if it got better once you went on a gluten free diet. I can easily try for myself but knowing how sick it made me last time I'm nervous to introduce it back into my diet. Thank you!
