  1. I'm sorry as this was posted in the wrong forum.
  2. Hi, Do these lab values warrant more diagnostics like a small bowel biopsy? I am currently symptomatic. I apologize as I find this confusing (brain fog isn't exactly helping.) Summer 2016: EliA Celikey IgA (Tissue Transglutaminase Ab IgA) 1.1 U/mL <7.0 U/mL This test is analyzed using the Phadia 250 method specificreagent kit, the recommended reference intervals using thisplatform are:<7 Negatiive7-10 Equivocal>10 Positive Gliadin DP IgA Ab 5.9 U/mL <7.0 U/mL This test is analyzed using the Phadia 250 method specificreagent kit, the recommended reference intervals using thisplatform are:<7 Negatiive7-10 Equivocal>10 Positive Gliadin DP IgG Ab 3.1 U/mL <7.0 U/mL This test is analyzed using the Phadia 250 method specificreagent kit, the recommended reference intervals using thisplatform are:<7 Negatiive7-10 Equivocal>10 Positive Reticulin Ab IgA Negative Negative Additional Testing not indicated. Fall 2017: (was gluten free for 8 months and started reintroducing it but then the joint pain, flushing, brain fog, dizziness, rashes/poor skin healing, and frequent colds/URIs commenced) Component Your Value Standard Range Deamidated Gliadin Ab, IgA 13 units 0 - 19 units Negative 0 - 19 Weak Positive 20 - 30 Moderate to Strong Positive >30 The result says negative but my doctor insists I go gluten free again. Would someone shed any light? Thank you.
