  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. How To Make Liver

I get chicken liver spread from my whole foods and I make tacos with it. The chicken liver spread has onion and egg in it. I cut up some tomatoes and put a lot of lemon juice on the liver and put it over corn tortilla. It's really good
  3. Well that's good to hear because I just went to Union Square today and bought a bag. I'm planning on using them for the crust of my cheesecake.
  4. I show some gluten free ginger snaps at the Trader Joe's near my house. I was wondering if anybody has tried them and if they like them
  5. I just wanted to tell everybody from New York that there is a Gluten-Free cooking Class at the Institute of Culinary Education on Friday, October 12th. I joined the workstudy program at the School there and saw it on the recreational Calendar. The school is in New York City (50 West 23rd St). Check it out on there website (www.iceculinary.com) if anybody is interested. I;m excited I'm going to see if I can help out in that class.
  6. I got in email from Enjoy food say that on August 6th unwrapped will go behind the scenes of Enjoy Life. If you can't see it on August 6th at 9:00pm, it will also air Tuesday August 7th at 12:00am and Friday August 17th at 11:30pm. Meet the Enjoy Life team and learn how we make our yummy allergy-friendly, gluten-free foods. The topic is called "good 4 you" I thought I should share this information. !!!!!!!! It's really exciting!!!!!!!!!!! Erica
  7. Mozzarelli's In New York City

The pizza is made in a brick oven which made it taste really good. So it was crunchy and chewy just like new york pizza should be. I personally think that Risotteria's pizza is better. Mozzarelli is good for those days when it's just you can you only want one slice.
  8. Mozzarelli's In New York City

Yea so today I went to Mozzarelli's for lunch. It was good, but I think the best part is that they sell it by the slice ( $3. 50, I think). There was no dessert, which was a bummer. I have to say Risottoria is better because there is more of a variety.
  9. I was wondering if anybody has been to this pizzeria on 38 East 23rd Street between Park & Madison. I am planning on going but I want to know if it's good.
  10. My favorite is the peanut butter, veggie and flax chips, chocolate covered bananas, white chocolate stuffed strawberries yum!, veggie burgers, and proscuitto.
