I start breathing real fast and hard then the sighs start. I sigh and sigh and sigh for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, then it stops...........then its almost like when it hits the intestines it starts all over again. NEVER happens on an empty stomach
  4. Hi everyone.... I accidently found this group while searching the web, but I am very glad I did....Let me get to the point, I have had various problems with muscles, digestion, sinuses, etc for the most part of the last 20 years (Im 36 now) 4 years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes and 3 months ago I had my gall bladder out, didnt relieve many symptoms....anyway the reason I need help is that since March of this year I have had excessive sigh breathing that is quite uncomfortable, it seems to happen with some very deep breathing especially after eating. Has anyone else experienced excessive sighing???? Please tell me any stories you may have with this sighing crap....my doctors have given up, but I think it may be gluten allergies....HELP...
