Well, it's not as bad as it could be, mostly GI distress. So I refuse to give into the "lazies" today. My workout was brutal but it definitely helped. My rule is no joint pain you continue working out even if it's stretching. Push, push, push.
Don't forget to rest and drink water. It's an assault on the body, even if it is mild.
