    • I think that's the answer. You can see plenty of others experiencing the same: My own experience is that my neuro symptoms took longer to go. The exception to this would be brain fog which happily lifted pretty quickly. I get occasional POTS on standing or a kind of sensation from in my head sometimes which is really difficult to describe which I think may relate to cross contamination but I don't neccesarily get any GI. I think its those symptoms which are maybe last to go, first to show...
    • There are some nutritional issues to watch out for in a vegan diet.  Personally I don't think it's great idea when the person has a chronic digestive disease that is responsible for causing mal-absorption of nutrients.  Vegan in a celiac seems kind of like pouring gas on a fire.  The vegan diet makes getting some important nutrients harder, and celiac disease does the same thing.  I don't know of any studies on it, but my guess is a vegan celiac may take longer to recover their health.  And since it can take 5 years or more to recover from celiac damage, it seems to me that is not a good thing. http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth/vegetarian-diet/art-20046446?pg=2
    • What language are they speaking in the video? Is there a version with subtitles?
    • So, if I were to make this with white sugar, how much would you recommend?  Can you substitute the almond butter from peanut butter? what cereal do you recommend? A regular style that would be at a standard grocery store I mean, not something I'd have to order  I'm lazy like that.  Sorry to massacre your recipe. Wish you were in NC and my neighbor so I could just buy your stuff.
    • There was a thread on here some time ago from someone struggling to be gluten free on a vegan diet that got some good responses from vegan celiacs. Maybe worth a search, this forum has had so many members over the years who have been through similar.
