Silk makes "creamer" designed for milk, I believe.

I would like to know the answer to the creamer questions too, but not only that, what about coffee. I've read that some coffee contains gluten. After a bad reaction last time I had coffee I'm very hesitant to try any unless I know for sure that it is gluten-free.

yep, saw the silk creamer in the store today. I don't drink coffee, so I haven't tried it, but they even have a couple different flavors.

Many coffee's are gluten-free. I don't drink it anymore, so I don't want to list brands without being sure. Coffee bothers me even if it is gluten free.

Mocha Mix Creamer is gluten free and casein free. I do use this, but as a milk substitute for cooking. It leaves the least noticable aftertaste. I water it down to a milky consistancy (about 3 parts water/1 part MM) when I use it in place of milk for cooking. Anyhow, it is okay as a creamer. I was totally addicted to the CoffeeMate flavored creamers, and I just had not found a suitable replacement, before realizing that it didn't matter. No coffee for me now. <_<

I never tried the Silk flavored creamer that Tiffany mentioned, since I am allergic to soy and I avoid it as best as I can. You might try that if you can have soy.

God bless,

Mariann
