Brands Of gluten-free Beans

Hey,

I'm a new, self-diagnosed celiac who's trying to find out what beans work. I'm vegetarian and in addition to being gluten intolerant also highly suspect I'm intolerant to soy, citrus fruits and yeast. I've figured out that rice and beans and potatoes along with non-citrus fruits and veggies and nuts seems to work pretty good as a basic diet for me, but I keep having reactions that I'm not expecting and I'm wondering if it isn't my canned beans.

Does anyone know some brands of beans from experience that are gluten-free? I'm especially looking for black beans. If I buy the beans uncooked do I need to worry about cross-contamination or can I buy pretty-much any brand?

Thanks in advance!

-Travis

I dont know of any black beans (or any beans for that matter) that aren't gluten free. If they were in some sort of particular sauce, maybe. But beans that are in a can, and its usually in a salt/water/etc solution...gluten-free.
