Had a GREAT experience there this week. Had dinner at Sambuca on W72nd. Gluten free pasta carbonara was to die for. I didn't even have room for their gluten-free brownie!!!!!!

The following night my husband and I took in a jazz show at Smoke Jazz and Supper Club. They don't have a gluten-free menu, but had no problem accommodating me including dessert (creme brulee). Good food, great music!

Had lunch at Nice Matin a French Bistro. They have a gluten-free menu as does their sister restaurant Nizza (Italian- will go there next time as they have a chickpea crust pizza!). Even saw Cynthia Nixon from Sex and the City. I had the "Five Napkin cheeseburger" which was crazy good- huge burger with Gruyiere cheese and carmelized onions.

Overall, the Upper West Side is GREAT for gluten-free!
