For the people that been diagnosed with celiac diseased and med board, when you got out of the army did you get and disability I've been in the army for 6 years and this has been my family's income for the 6 years, so what assistants have you guys been given???
That isn't entirely correct. the gluten-free list is the stuff that they know is & test to be gluten-free and not made with gluten products. The other list is no gluten ingredients but not tested . Read the link for the explanation
...I use my vegan cheese sauce recipes in cheesy casserole dishes....they can be bit iffy....I just used my vegan bacon cheese mix and poured it over a large rectangle baking dish of broccoli and topped with shredded vegan cheddar Sunday for this weeks veggie dish. Check the recipe blog on my profile I have various vegan cheese dishes on their, the whole nut ones are creamier the coconut flour ones can be a bit gritty.
Just look up a white sauce recipe. Butter, cornstarch and milk. Melt butter. Add cornstarch to COLD milk, mix well and then slowly add to the butter to avoid lumps, stirring constantly. Cook a minute or two. Add cheese of your choice, pepper and salt to taste. You can make cream of celery, chicken, or mushroom with a basic white sauce recipe
