Indeed, kiddo, although the D has oft provoked laughter....have you ever had to use a lined wastebasket in a mad rush because the WC was occupied? How about outside behind a tree? pulled off along a country road? :rolleyes:

I was a teacher for 25 years.

Believe me, there really ARE some pretty stupid (read as: asinine) questions.... :blink: (it is one of the reasons why teachers drink so much. Really.) (JAMA, vol. 4 , Feb. 2002)

but, Dani--yours is not one of them--not at all! :)

When I told my GI about what we say IBS stands for yesterday, he

SCK.

and W/D--means withdrawal. Some have gluten w/d symptoms.

...and is also what you would have, should you ever leave the forum.

Because you'd miss us.

I wanted to add one more possible meaning for GI, I realized it might be used on here too after I saw it on the Wheat Belly Blog.
