Cashew Macadamia Crunch

2C. Hershey Milk Chocolate Chips

3/4 C Coarsely Chopped Salted Cashews

3/4 C. Coarsely chopped Macadamia Nuts

1/2 C Softened butter

1/2 C Sugar

2T. light corn syrup

Line a 9x9 pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Grease foil. Cover bottom of plan with chocolate chips. Combine Cashews, macadamias, butter, sugar, and corn syrup in large heavy skillet. Cook, stirring constantly until butter is melted, sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to medium. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is golden brown. Pour the mixture over the chocolate chips in the pan. Spread evenly. Cool until firm (about 45 min.) Remove from pan, break into pieces to serve.

I used all cashews in my recipe, because they are my favorite and Macadamias are SOOO expensive. It still turned out great, you could use your favorite nuts as a substitute. Enjoy!!
