Hey There-

So I started my Gluten-Free diet today. I bought a yuba pocket (I love them) at Fairway in NYC. It says its wheat free, but I went item by item through the ingredient list and it seemed to be safe:

Organic Cabbage

Organic Brown Rice

organic Millet

Filtered Water

Organic Parsley

Organic Carrot

Organic Onion

Shiitake Mushroom

Yuba (Soy Bean

Water)

Sea Salt

Spices

Expelled-Pressed Canola Oil.

Am I safe to eat this?

So I just started on the Gluten-Free diet, and I bought, a couple of days ago, two packages from one stop naturals(Macro Vegetarian brand) at Fairway in NYC. They are both listed as wheat free, but I am concerned about gluten in general, even though the ingredients list is seemingly ok:

Seaweed Salad:

Wakame Seaweed

Organic Carrot

Organic Garlic

Organic Green Onion

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Organic Agave Syrup

Organic Tamari (Water

Organic Soy Beans

Salt)

Hot pepper

Sesame Oil.

Yuba Pocket:

Organic Cabbage

Organic Brown Rice

organic Millet

Filtered Water

Organic Parsley

Organic Carrot

Organic Onion

Shiitake Mushroom

Yuba (Soy Bean

Water)

They are gonna go bad soon and they were $$$$$. Can I eat em?

I don't see anywhere in either one that gluten could be hiding.
