I'm very recently diagnosed with celiac. I've been looking through articles and Newbie 101 and ordered a couple books. But I'd love some apps for my phone for when I'm out shopping that show ingredients I should avoid and ingredients that are ok. Some people have recommended logging my food an symptoms so maybe there's an app for that?

I have an iphone so I'm not sure if you'll have these apps - I dont have any for food logging or symptoms but I do have a couple apps that have been really helpful. Gluten Free Registry is an app that will map your location and tell you all the restaurants and food stores in the area that have gluten free products and that has been a lifesaver, especially when going out with friends (its free too). "Is that Gluten Free?" is another good app that will let you look up any ingredient and it will tell you whether its gluten free or not. Hope this helps!!!
