I tried gluten free ( sister is a celiac) and was not seeing as much of a difference as I thought... So I tried not eating meat in addition to gluten free (meat makes my mom sick).... Still no difference! Started taking probiotics and saw an extreme difference... For three weeks and then back to my dogestive problems. I don't know what to do.

If you are giving the gluten-free diet a try, I would recommend doing it for at least 3 months. My first couple of weeks gluten-free caused me to feel worse; I think it was a withdrawl. It takes a lot of time for some symptoms to resolve but if you tried it for a few months, and there was no improvement, then you are probably not gluten intolerant.

I don't know much about cutting out meat, but there are some very knowledgeable people on the topic of probiotics and assisting intestinal health. Give it time and I'm sure someone will give you lots of info. :)

I have been gluten free for two months already. Just FYI. Thanks for the response!
