Not a silly question at all - I use different brands and always check that they are gluten-free.

If you are new to the diet and still healing, I could recommend a pro biotic that is dairy free, at this time.

I have used many Source Natural products including their enzymes.

I have Rainbow Light probiotic, but although I liked their digestive enzymes, their probiotic makes me feel worse, not better. Maybe I should look for the other one? Which ones do you use, Lisa?

I don't currently, but early on it was problem for me. I'm sorry, I can't remember the brand. But I was able to tolerate it after a couple of months.

I have no doubt that it was the dairy....just my personal experience.
