    I was diagnosed with celiac and basically had stunted growth because my body wasn’t taking In nutrients which may explain the weight loss I would take this seriously and get tested

    @Tracey Thomas, Is that the only celiac test that was run? From the magnitude of the reference range, that looks like it was the "total IGA" test to check for IGA deficiency. It is not checking for celiac disease per se. If you are IGA deficient, it can cause false negatives in the individual IGA celiac antibody tests. Were there any other celiac antibody...

    Thank you! Yes I think is best to call. I tried another brand with similar ingredients but the different thing is that second brand did emphasize they were gluten-free. I will post here if they say anything in return.

      Fascinating. No ingredient in Dr. Reddy's Sumatriptan SUCC 100 mg has gluten, or should have gluten. But the doctor said ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist said call the manufacturer. And the manufacturer said "it contains gluten."

      You can search this site for prescriptions medications, but will need to know the manufacturer/maker if there is more than one, especially if you use a generic version of the medication: To see the ingredients you will need to click on the correct version of the medication and maker in the results, then scroll down to "Ingredients and Appearance" and click it, and then look at "Inactive Ingredients," as any gluten ingredients would likely appear there, rather than in the Active Ingredients area. https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/

      This is much later than these posts, but on April 29, 2025, I called Dr. Reddy's Labs about Sumatriptan SUCC 100 mg tablets and were told that they DO contain gluten.

      My heart went into A-Fib following my recovery from Covid. It is now known that Covid is a catalyst for Long Haulers syndrome.  In Dec 2022 I missed the last booster until I was already incubating COVID. Became ill 5 days after the shot. I thought I was completely well 10 / 12 days later, felt great. Then collapsed on Feb 17, 2023 as my formerly perfect heart went into A-fib. This was the kickoff to so called Long Covid and a host of accompanying symptoms. A week prior to becoming ill, I had completed heart tests that showed my now damaged heart was in perfect condition.  Now I visit the cardiologist every 6 months as well as my endocrinologist who tests me every 3 months.  Because of this I'm on Flecainide every 12 hours and will be for life.  Fortunately, it's a very safe drug.
