I am a health care practictioner who was diagnosed with Collagenous Colitis (a form of microscopic colitis) in 2017, after years of diarrhea. I then learned of microscopic colitis'  association with Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac-Gluten-Sensitivity.  Only after going gluten and casein free (along with other dietary changes) was I able to get off medication which had severe side effects.
