Before I got my diagnosis I often felt really nauseous during the night. Waking up between 1-3AM. Cold sweats, feeling dizzy, feeling like I need to pass a stool. That stopped almost immediately after giving up gluten. now if I accidentally I jest gluten I will feel the above symptoms. I had a half pint of ale once when I was...
