  1. Thanks! I had heard somewhere that all grain flours can cause inflammation and that it was best to stay with almond and coconut.
  2. Hi guys, I'm not a celiac, just intolerant/sensitive. I've tried a lot of different flour alternatives to varying degrees of success. However, most flour alternatives still give me some symptoms. Namely, gas and having to go to the bathroom a lot. Does anyone else have this problem?
