  1. The deep radiating internal pain is crazy hard to describe! I'm increasing magnesium today and it's definitely helping. I've got to give up figuring out how I was glutened (grrr) and focus on eating extremely simple food. I hope the new gut-healing powder drink I ordered won't be a waste of $$$ ...

  3. YES! Currently dealing with it & gut agony. I get through the day with stick on heat wraps, CBD and dicyclomine. Also I drink hot stuff constantly. I use a Nerf football behind my back and at desk or in car & am attached to heat pad at home

  5. OMG I feel like less of a freak - thank you! Hot mag drink sounds really smart and I will try it tonight. Eggs are easy to eat (eve buy them from farmer who does not feed grain) and would help with energy. I've had 8 gut surgeries before figiei.g out that gluten was poisoning me....

  7. How do you recover from mysterious gluten contamination? My guts won't wake up despite hot liquids, stewed vegetables, broth & yogurt (goat)....many days later. Doesn't drive you crazy when you cannot sleuth out how you were glutened? I'm 56, teach high school and been gluten-free for 3 years...
