    Not sure if I can help you or not but I had tingling legs and fatigue and it turned out to be low B12 and further testing revealed Pernicious Anaemia which is also an Autoimmune condition like Celiac. Have you been tested for low B12 ? You should have B12 around 800 or higher.

    Angelina, I was scared to dose with HC but after reading Dr Jeffries book it all makes sense and everything that STTM and Val says also makes sense.     I have nodules in my Thyroid and it got so large that I couldn't swallow food or talk. I take Armour ( natural) Thyroid meds to shrink the Thyroid and nodules. Its working great. Also Iodine. A goitre is a sign of Iodine deficiency. 50 mg Iodine or 8 drops of Lugols.

    I have pins and needles feeling in my feet and that improves after a B12 jab. Have you been tested for low b12? Any result below 500 should be suspected as low. Barbara, Most Fibro is caused by low Thyroid. After 60 approx 20% of people have low Thyroid. Make sure your Dr does all the tests. And Adrenal function can be low also with low Thyroid.

    Mine has come down too since starting Armour! Just got the blood test this week ! Are you on HC ? That can raise glucose levels for a short time. Eat healthy and eliminate sugar and reduce carbs. Even fruit may have too much sugar for you at the moment.

    Steve, I have low B12 and Dr is still testing for Pernicious Anaemia. I probably have it. My B12 was very low when dx. I notice your daughter's Ferritin is very low. Is she being treated for that? Should be 70 - 80.

    That's fine Ursula. Just sharing info. My Dr uses this route and this is the accepted way to treat low Thyroid as naturally as possible. Its not replacing the adrenal function but supplementing the low function which allows the adrenals to heal and the Armour to get into the cells.
