  1. I would greatly appreciate some advice. I have a diagnosis, verified, of POTS and acid reflux, gastroparesis (food doesn't move through my stomach) and CFS. My hair is thinning and I have chronic constipation. I have severe osteopenia. I have severe cognitive disorders and anxiety and depression, no job, and no insurance. Does this sound like I should try the elimination diet? I can't afford the testing, and it doesn't sound so conclusive. My gastroenterologist has never suggested that I am gluten intolerant. My sister is gluten intolerant from experimentation. I am concerned about eating vegetables and meats only because of the osteopenia. I am intolerant of the bone strengthening meds because of my stomach and severe muscle pain. Any suggestions? Many thanks! I GREATLY appreciate any advice. Elegiamore
