  1. Hi all, I have been going to the Columbia University celiac clinic. I went through a battery of blood tests, which said that I was negative for celiac antibodies. I was told that I am anemic and have low B-12 or B folate (not sure which) levels. I was ordered to have a endoscopy and colonoscopy. Is there still a chance it could be celiac? I have had chronic diarrhea for years. Did anybody else have this diagnosis? Will the endo/colon be able to definitively tell? For many years I was diagnosed as IBS and as hard as it would be to be a celiac, at least there would be a solution! Please let me know if you all have any insight into this anemia issue/probability that it is celiac. Thanks!
