Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) I Never Show Symptoms Of Being Glutened in Coping with Celiac Disease Posted March 23, 2007 I've been thinking lately and reading topics of people describing of how they feel and their symptoms when their glutened. I just now realize that I don't know if I HAVE any symptoms. I never know if I am glutened or not. I suppose that's probably a bad thing because if I am eating something I'm not supposed to how am I suppose to tell? I never have any problems with my stomach except for one time almost a year ago when I knowingly ate french fries from a non-dedicated fryer. But that's it. I don't really seem to present with any symptoms except I was thinking maybe my symptom is depression because sometimes I get very depressed but I do get really stressed out and I'm just a teenager so I thought its probably just hormones. Anyways I wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this and maybe could help me figure this thing out. Thanks:) For the first six months I couldn't tell if I'd been glutened or not, and then it started being obvious and now when I do I'm down for the count for three days. Maybe it depends on how long it's been that you've been gluten-free?
