  1. I hear ya about sticking to gluten-free diet and not really feeling better. I, too, have been gluten-free for a couple of years and yet still seem to react to food that is considered gluten-free. I was taking thyroid meds recently and felt bad, just as I did with other medications. The pharmacist looked up the common ingredients in all the meds I've had reactions too and found 1 common link = microcrystalline cellulose. Not only is this a filler in meds, but it's found in most foods including those which we consider GL.
