  1. Hello there,

    I am just a newbie starting to learn how to cope with gluten and potentially celiac. I learned that the ferments are great for the gluten-free nutrition. 
    I have beed drawn to kefir for quite many a year and, since the culture grows so pungently, I would like to share it with whoever is interested. Supposedly it falls into that category of ferments good for the gut - haven't started doing my sauerkraut or kimchi yet, but it is on my schedule. 
    Whoever is interested in the kefir culture, just lmk - I live in NYC.
