Lisa, I'm so glad to see your comments about Udi's. I just discovered their products in the Chicago area and purchased the multi grain bread and 2 different muffins. I know the chocolate muffins bother me like gluten bothers me, and I suspect the bread has been bothering me (something has but I can't figure out what). I've got no problem with yeast or...
