We always have chicken and dumplings during the holidays. Are there any good gluten-free recipes for it?

I have found out I can eat regular white bread products, but cannot eat it everyday as it causes me to have stomach cramps. I have found if I eat too much of bread egg, or milk products I get a rash on my arms.
Any suggestions?

I've been married to a wonderful man for a year and a half and we are thinking that maybe in another two years we may try for a baby.
I know it's early, but I've been considering where to send it to school. I may have found the answer. I graduated from a great college in the top 50 of the U.S. and they have a private school for kids aged 3 through grade 8th.
I may be able to get them in at a reduced rate and they could also be eligible for scholarhships!
So hoping it will work out. Well, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it...

Hey there! I'm in Tulsa and am recently gluten-free. I've been looking for some great restaurants I can eat at. I've found Outback, Carraba's, and Carrino's. Any else?

My mouth itches if I eat them. Egg whites make me feel like I'm having a heart attack.

My faves are lightly salted and BBQ. Hubby will eat them too! (They must be good if he'll eat 'em)

I've been recently told to go gluten-free due to gastrointestinal problems. Hubby and I are going to WDW/cruise on April 30th to celebrate our b-days and our 2 year anniversary!
I've picked out where I want to eat, but am wondering if I should change some of the dining locations before we book them.
Here's what we have so far:
Big River Grille
Wolfgang Puck----our fave place!!!!!
California Grill
Raglan Road
Do you have any suggestions about these? I've heard Crystal Palace is great! I'd be interested in breakfast there. What places would you suggest to book at? Sorry, lots of questions. I'm a newbie.
