I have lost muscle and weight too from being on the glutenfree diet. I have slowly put on a little muscle with workng out. I take purefit protein bars as far as I know the only protein bar that is glutenfree and tastes good enough. I also found some chocolate/vanilla central market brand protein powder at HEB grocery store or if u have a Central Market near...
