How likely is it that a company uses WBRO for their modified food starch? Should I completely stay away from it if it is not specified on the label? I have heard rumors that US companies are supposed to stay away from WBRO is this true?

Does anyone know if the new Cobb Salad at Panera bread is gluten free? Basically all there other ones are so I am assuming it is but I want to be safe. Thanks!

Oscar Meyer is a Kraft company and Kraft will label any gluten ingredients (wheat, barley, oats, rye) clearly and not hide them in things like natural flavor, artificial flavor, or coloring.
That said, some folks are still irritated by caramel coloring.
I'd probably give it to my daughter, but that said, we usually stick with Hormel Natural Choice lunch meats because we like them better and they are labeled gluten-free.
Yeah I just wasn't a big fan of the Hormel meats...the smell of them grosses me out!! I did like that they wrote GLUTEN FREE on them though and thats why I tried them. Well thanks for the help!

Are Oscar Meyer deli meats gluten free? Some of them don't look like they contain gluten but they have caramel color...??? I like that Hormel says gluten free on them but really don't like their meats as well as Oscar Meyers. Any help?

Hello everyone!
I am thinking about purchasing a bread machine and was wondering if anyone knew about the Breadman bread machine that has a gluten free setting. Does it work better than using any other bread machine? Is it worth buying or should I just stick with a regular bread machine? Any advice in general would be great!!!
THANKS!!

Ok yeah thanks!! How about any recipe's for whole grain breads....any idea?

My doctor mentioned to me that it would be a good idea to incorporate some whole grains like Quinoa, Millet, Teff, brown rice, etc into my diet. Does anyone know of a good whole grain bread?
