Bentonite is a natural clay that absorbs impurities in the intestines. It should not have any gluten in it's pure form.
Hi there--I'm newly diagnosed and have been gluten-free for 14 days. I feel HORRIBLE. My stomach aches and is hugely bloated. I am just reading some threads about cross-contamination through toasters and am starting to get overwhelmed. Is there some kind of checklist for people newly diagnosed? If I'm going to do this, I want to do it 100%, but I need some more resources. Right now this does NOT feel sustainable...please tell me I'll feel better soon!
