Eat whole foods, meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, rice, maybe some gluten free pasta with home-made sauce so you know what's in it.     I'm glad you have found yourself a good doctor, but so sorry to hear you are still in pain. One more suggestion as far as an elimination -- corn. For me, corn gives the exact same symptoms as gluten, and it is a problem for many other celiacs as well. It might be worth a trial.
