I'm just starting out the gluten-free diet...it's tough, considering I love to cook and bake, but I am so ready to FEEL BETTER! I plan on going to culinary school in a few years, after my hubby graduates from grad school, and I won't let a gluten allergy/food sensitivity hold me back ! I'm not 100% sure if I have a gluten allergy/sensitivity yet, still doing the tests, so I am a little scared as to what the future holds. The doctor thinks it might also be Chron's or Ulcerative Colitis, not fun!
